The Job
A number cruncher is responsible for learning the Finch system, basic and advanced bookkeeping, time management, and the initial levels of client communication and contact. In this role the number cruncher will be honing their skills as a professional by learning how financial accounting works through the nuts and bolts of an organization.
Key Job Duties
Good candidates for this job include those who want a slightly less traditional accounting role and enjoy a fully remote work flexibility arrangement as the entire job can be conducted in the comforts of your home. An understanding and knowledge of large church/non-profit accounting is also preferred.

Finch is looking for a new accounting hire. We are a fast growing start-up! Because of our rapid growth we are looking for an individual that could help us with all the new church clients we have been signing up. Daily bookkeeping is a large part of this job and we use Quickbooks. Several of our clients are Christian churches across the country.
