Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Additional benefits: Fully funded family health insurance, plus HSA; Paid Time Off; Retirement contributions

Job Description:

Graham Emmanuel Baptist Church (GEBC) is looking for a skilled and engaging Godly leader to serve our 6th-12th grade students as Youth Pastor with the responsibility of teaching, discipling, mentoring, encouraging, and supporting our youth toward an active relationship with Christ. Key areas of ministry focus include group/community building, discipleship development, worship, mission, family support, and outreach. The Youth Pastor is expected to teach core biblical principles with practical application to student life issues, provide counseling and spiritual guidance, be a youth advocate to the church, participate in meaningful ways in the lives of students, support the parents/guardians of students, collaborate with youth-related communities outside of the church, and protect the safety of students, staff, and volunteers. The Youth Pastor must fulfill the spiritual qualifications for an elder as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9, including currently being married to one wife.
