Job Title: Student Ministries Pastor

Location: 4172 E. Allison Road, Camby, IN

Term: Full Time

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry with 3-5 years of experience in a large church preferred

About The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Student Ministries Pastor who is passionate about Jesus, His Church, and helping the next generation navigate their lives, doubts, and relationship with Jesus. Grace Student Ministry is a high priority in our church, as students are not only the most spiritually responsive segment of our society but are generally the most successful in winning and discipling their peers for Christ. Therefore, this strategic ministry must maintain a healthy balance between outreach, growth, and ministry opportunities for students.

Job Expectations:

Lead the different aspects of programming, including but not limited to weekly gatherings, camps, retreats, outreaches, and service/ministry projects

Spend time with students in their world

Spend time in the office building relationships with the staff (Attend Tuesday staff lunches from 12 – 1:30 pm)

Create and maintain a digital presence online for Student Ministries

Plan and administer the Youth annual budget

Equip, enlist, and empower a strong team of volunteers

Value a team approach to ministry by building a Leadership Team

Be a lifelong learner through training, conferences, classes, workshops, and reading

Available at Weekend Services

Other pastoral responsibilities as determined by giftedness.
