Student Ministries Pastor
Southwinds Church of Tracy seeks a Student Ministries Pastor to lead our Student Ministry and guide our committed volunteer team. Southwinds is a diverse church that averages over 1000 in weekly attendance, with 100+ students attending each week. Tracy is a family-friendly SF Bay Area suburb of 98,000.
Southwinds offers a great opportunity for gospel-focused, creative kingdom impact. A passion for God and a passion to reach seeking students and lead them to full devotion to Christ is essential. We’re looking for a motivating team-builder with strong leadership and communication skills. The right candidate will be teachable and humble, with a desire to learn and grow. The right candidate will also have a desire to work on our pastor/elder team.
