Recruiting, Operations & Retention Director ( Executive Pastor Track )

We are actively hiring a Recruiting, Operations & Retention Director in Columbus, OH!

This role reports directly to the lead Pastor of FC. The ROR Director is responsible for overseeing all Sunday Service Operations, Communicating with and helping to enhance team leads effectiveness, overseeing and championing team recruitment efforts, analyzing and improving church retention, and operating as a valued partner alongside the lead Pastors of FC. This unique role offers flexible hours, independence, and opportunities for bonuses and more leadership opportunities in as little as 8 months. Potential to convert to full-time after 8 months.

Duties: ( You make your own schedule Monday - Friday )

• Meet with the Lead Pastor and teams when necessary to maintain a high standard of clear communication and unity.
• Regularly analyze, plan, strategize and create goals for Recruiting and Retention for new volunteer team members and church members.
• Attend and participate in executive vision and mission meetings as requested and provide key thoughts, ideas, and support.
• Enhance all communications across the church through valuable feedback to the marketing, administrative, and leadership team.
• Operate with a Partner level Mindset. ( Take ownership )
• Arrive at Sunday Services weekly by 9:15 am and leave at 2:30 pm. ( Be the first one in and the last one out to lead by example )
• Meet with the lead Pastor to establish, set and assess monthly goals.
• Assist with bookkeeping and admin duties as necessary.
• Champion the lead Pastor's mission and vision.
• Manage and enhance all church operations.
• Strategize to save the church money and increase finances.
• Operate with autonomy and little to no oversight regularly.

Experience & Expectations:

• Formal or informal recruiting or sales experience
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or Ministry
• 5 years of experience as a church leader
• Strong healthy marriage. ( Your family must be willing to attend church with you at least 3 times a month. )
• 2 non-family ministry references & 1 Pastoral Reference
• Must live within 20 minutes of Reynoldsburg, OH
• Must be willing to make FC your primary church home
