Position Summary:

The Family Pastor provides direct oversight for Children’s and Youth ministries (birth-12th grade) and volunteer leaders.

Requirements:

The qualified candidate evidences a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ:

• By acknowledging, and humbly submitting to, the Bible as the Word of God
• By being passionately committed to communicating God’s truth in creative and age-appropriate ways
• By becoming a member of TSBC (in agreement with the doctrinal statement and by-laws of TSBC)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Prior experience as a Director or Leader in Children’s, Youth or Family Ministry
• Strong Communication and Relational Skills
• A Seminary degree and counseling experience are Not required but would be a plus
