Christiansburg Baptist Church is seeking a pastor to shepherd our flock of approximately 120, which is well distributed in age. We hope to become even more of a “great commission” church. You will help us become better disciples so we may go spread the gospel and build relationships through Biblical fellowship.
The church facility is modern and sized for about twice our current attendance with good support space. We are located convenient to major roadways. Christiansburg has all the advantages of a “small town” while being part of the greater New River Valley, acknowledged as one of the best areas to live in the mid-Atlantic region.
CBC is an active member of the SBCVa and is seeking a pastor who adheres to their doctrinal statement. Our pastor will be supported by a leadership team and deacons. We have a Sunday service with multiple adult and children's Bible classes before the worship service. We have a Wednesday night Bible study/prayer meeting as well as periodic Bible study small groups throughout the year. Are you the one that God is calling to Christiansburg, Virginia?
