Previous HR experience is required, and the ideal candidate will be familiar with Human Resources in the church/non-profit arena. Woodridge Baptist Church is located in northeast Houston and is growing quickly. Due to the rapid growth, the HR Manager must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment. This position answers to the Executive Pastor and has a critical role in our Business Administration team. Church membership is required at, or shortly after employment starts.
