Worship Pastor

Burke Community Church, in Burke, Virginia, is actively seeking a Worship Pastor/Leader to lead their vibrant Worship Arts Ministry. If you have a deep personal relationship with Christ and possess the necessary qualities and skills that align with their mission and vision, we encourage you to apply. As the Worship Pastor/Leader, your responsibilities will include leading and overseeing worship services and music ministries, shepherding and training volunteer worship teams, managing the worship tech ministry, and collaborating with the Senior Pastor and Worship Associate for planning and executing services. A minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with three to five years of relevant experience.
