We're looking for a Worship Director who loves building people more than building productions.

At Covenant Church, our vision is to become a movement of people who live and love like Jesus. We're seeking a proven leader who is passionate about developing worship leaders, musicians, production teams, and volunteers while creating worship environments where people genuinely encounter Jesus.

This role is about more than planning great Sunday services. It's about recruiting, coaching, and equipping people to discover their gifts, building healthy teams, and creating a culture that celebrates others and points people to Christ. Here are our theological perspectives that matter to us, and hopefully you!

We're not trying to become a trendy destination church. We simply want to be a healthy church that faithfully reflects Jesus every day of the week. We believe Sunday is the starting line—not the finish line—and our worship ministry exists to equip people for lives of everyday discipleship.
