Next Generation Pastor

Mariners Community Church in Half Moon Bay, CA, is seeking a Next Generation Pastor who is passionate about seeing every youth in our Coastside community have an opportunity to hear the message of Jesus Christ and grow in their faith. This role will involve creating and leading ministries for families and the next generation, from children to college students. The ideal candidate will possess emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, the ability to build partnerships, a commitment to continuous learning, and effective communication skills. They should have experience in developing vision and strategy, leading teams, and cultivating a culture that reflects Mariners’ values.
