We are searching for our next Lead Pastor, as our founding pastor transitions to retirement. The position will start out as an Associate Pastor and transition to Lead Pastor over the next one to two years. We have a healthy, growing congregation, with an average Sunday attendance of about 120, and a total membership of about 180.
The person we are seeking will have at least some pastoral experience, with a strong commitment to the theology, culture, and practices of the VineyardUSA family of churches. He/she must be a visionary leader who works well in a highly collaborative environment, with outstanding communication and teaching/preaching skills. We’re seeking someone who is willing to make a long term commitment, and who is motivated to continue growing the church by reaching the unchurched. BA/BS required, MDIV, MS, or MA preferred
