Lead Worship Pastor

The Lead Worship Pastor will provide organizational leadership over all worship experiences, across all BRAVE campuses, and foster an environment where congregants are encouraged to worship God in Spirit and Truth. This role is responsible for developing and guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship ministry, its full and part-time staff, as well as volunteers. The ideal candidate will subscribe to a Word and Spirit philosophy, balancing the inerrancy of the Word of God and the submission to the prompting of the Holy Spirit.

Our vision is to assemble a spirit-filled army to fight for the fulfillment of the great commission in our lifetime. We do this by challenging BRAVE Warriors for courageous Kingdom advancement. We accomplish this through the local church and extend our reach through media and education.
