About Christ Church: Christ Church Global is a growing, vibrant, multi-site church. Lead Pastor, Dr. Charles Kyker, tells the membership class that we want to reach two types of people at Christ Church: 1. Unchurched people and 2. those who want to reach unchurched people. At Christ Church, we will do whatever it takes, short of sin, to reach lost people for Jesus Christ.

Job Qualifications:

• Fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ: personal devotional life, tithing, serving, witnessing
• Genuine love for people
• Passion for reaching unchurched people
• Proven Leadership
• Ability to relate well with all types of people
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft programs
• Pliability & Willingness to Learn  
• Commitment to Christ Church and goals set forth by the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team
• Team Player with the staff and lay leadership
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter

Job Responsibilities:

• Become the face of the campus for leadership and be one that guards and models Christ Church DNA of Reaching the Unchurched and Developing fully devoted followers of Christ.
• Fully engage in teaching team model of preparing and preaching messages each week – we are 6 to 8 weeks ahead in our message preparation.
• Work with the Life Group Pastor and lay pastors to train and equip lay leadership in pastoral care
• Identify, train, and equip emerging leaders
• Provide pre-marriage counseling and other types of counseling to congregation as needed
• Teach (preach) at respective campus or other venues within the CC family as needed.
