At every level, we hold each other accountable to live worthy of the high calling of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that who you are is more important than what you do. We will not compromise on Godly character for good talent. The expectation is for you to handle yourself with integrity and pursue a growing relationship with God because before you do anything or hold any title, you are first a son or daughter of the Lord.

At every level, we hold each other accountable to accomplish our responsibilities to the best of our abilities. We strive to do everything with excellence because Jesus is worthy of our best. As you work, we will empower you to use all of your gifts for the Lord.
*Sunday mornings*
-Attend Sunday Fiesta at 9:00am
-Attend Worship Service at 9:30am with students
-Prepare and deliver lesson for small group time at 11:00am. This may include prep and clean up for games/activities
*Midweek programs*
-Prepare and deliver message for large groups at 6:30pm. This may include prep and clean up for games, activities, or food
*Staff Details*
-Attend bi-weekly 1-1 meeting with Family Minister
-Attend bi-weekly staff team meeting
-Steward budget for Student Ministry
*Communication*
-Maintain social media account for students (Instagram)
-Reach out to students and their families by postcard, text, phone call or in-person meetings as appropriate
