We are looking for a Student Director to join our team and take on the vital role of leading and coordinating student ministries including middle school, high school and college. The successful candidate will be a true follower of Jesus and possess a calling to ministry. They will be organized, creative, will thrive working on a team, and be able to lead others well. They must live above reproach and adhere to Biblical moral standards. 

Job Description:

• Oversee the development and performance of student ministries 
• Coordinate and strategically plan calendars for student services and activities
• Annually request and oversee kids and student ministry budget and expenses
• Collaborate with staff and ministry teams to plan and execute events 
• Conduct regular 1 on 1 meetings with ministry leaders
• Act as liaison between student ministries and senior leadership
• Possess live communication skills and speaking ability
• Plan and implement age-appropriate small group content
• Establish and maintain partnerships between Kids & Youth Ministries
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Provide weekly updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

·      3-5 years of ministry experience (high level ministry volunteer also accepted)

·      High School Diploma

·      Desire to see people discover and walk in their true calling through the power of Jesus Christ

Hard and Soft Skills:

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to delegate tasks and follow up
• Excellent written, media and verbal communication
• Knowledge of PCO a plus
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years’ experience in related field
