We seek candidates for the president position with the goal of filling it by June 30, 2022. The president, responsible for implementing the stewardship vision of the foundation, must possess demonstrated success in strategic planning. Additionally, development requirements of this position, in conjunction with the Florida Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church, demand someone who can forge collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
The foundation president is an executive leader, serving as the face of the foundation, as well as the chief administrative officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. Accordingly, candidates must exhibit superior leadership skills and administrative abilities.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, with demonstrable success in planning, organization administration, systems and personnel. Membership in The United Methodist Church is strongly preferred.
