Associate Pastor of Ministries

Trinity Fellowship EFC in Newaygo, Michigan is looking for an Associate Pastor of Ministries at their growing Newaygo campus.

• Will work closely with and collaborate with the Campus Pastor to lead and support the volunteer staff team to execute the church's vision, equip the congregation for ministry, develop ministry structures, and engage in pastoral ministry for the congregation as needed.

• Transform ministry operations to be in alignment with the church's beliefs, mission, vision, and values, fostering authentic worship, deep discipleship, and active community engagement.

• Serve as a catalyst leader, proficient in organizational leadership, project management, administration, equipping ministry growth, and facilitating smooth leadership transitions with a missional focus on building up the body of Christ.

Located in Newaygo County, the greater Newaygo area offers an abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities. With numerous golf courses, lakes, streams and rivers, there's something for everyone in West-Central Michigan. There's biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and much more! A short drive takes you to award-winning trout streams and the stunning shoreline of Lake Michigan.
