Youth Minister

Arabic Christian Fellowship is seeking a dedicated Youth Minister to oversee and nurture the spiritual growth of our youth and young adults. The ideal candidate is a minister with strong leadership, relational, and pastoral skills, passionate about guiding young people in their faith journey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and oversee all youth and young adult ministries, including Bible studies, fellowship events, and outreach activities.

• Develop and implement programs to engage youth in church life and community service.

• Mentor and provide spiritual guidance to youth and young adults.

• Coordinate with church leadership and parents to support youth in their faith development.

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where youth feel valued and connected

• Assist in organizing retreats, mission trips, and special events.

• Participate in worship services / sermons as needed.

Qualifications:

• Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness

• A love and desire to work with youth and young adults

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field.

• Experience working with youth and young adults.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Committed to a vibrant Christian faith and aligned with “The Baptist Faith and Message 2000”.

• Have spiritual maturity and high moral and ethical standards.

Arabic Christian Fellowship is a congregation of mostly Arabic or English-speaking followers of Jesus Christ in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex who care for each other and serve the Lord Jesus together.
