Job Description

The Director of Facility operations ensures that the church building and grounds are clean, properly maintained, and that rooms are properly set up and comfortable for regular ministry activities and special events. He or she schedules and supervises the custodian team and works cooperatively with outside vendors and contractors as needed. This is a large facility with ongoing weekly worship, educational and occasional special events. See our website: snydermbc.com


The successful candidate will be a committed Christian who works cooperatively with staff and members and has understanding of and experience with the basic building systems: lighting/electrical, plumbing, HVAC, door hardware and cleaning procedures.


The DOFO is a salaried fulltime employee who reports to the Church Administrator and works cooperatively with the Maintenance and Grounds Committees.
