Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach in Pasadena, Maryland is prayerfully seeking a Pastor to lead our church. The Pastor will primarily be responsible for leading our church body, preaching sermons and developing successful strategies for fulfillment of our church vision. The pastor shall adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message and be supportive of the Southern Baptist Cooperative Program and other missions related to outreach. He must have a passion for reaching the lost through well planned outreach ministries and for the growth of the church. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. A Masters level degree from a Southern Baptist Seminary is preferred but not required as long as the Pastor is actively pursuing the Masters Degree. We will consider full-time, part-time ( 30 hours per week) and bi-vocational.
