Lifepoint Church is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to shape and elevate our online presence across platforms. This role is perfect for a skilled communicator who loves visual storytelling, highly collaborative environments, and wants to use their creative gifts to further the mission of the Church.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Lifepoint’s digital strategy in collaboration with the Creative Pastor and Creative Arts Team.
  • Create, manage, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms using SocialPilot.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content for social, web, and events using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee and develop a talented volunteer media team across multiple campuses.
  • Manage communication systems (Mailchimp, MojoTxt) and train staff for consistent and effective messaging.
  • Design digital and print visuals, apparel, and promotional materials that reflect Lifepoint’s mission and brand.
  • Track and analyze online performance, helping refine strategy for growth and engagement.
  • Support cross-ministry creative efforts, from sermon series visuals to major event campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative, strategic thinker with strong Christian leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere – THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR CANVA ONLY USERS)
  • 3 years minimum experience in marketing and/or managing social media platforms and digital content strategy.
  • A passion for ministry, collaboration, and mentoring volunteers.

Schedule: Sun – Thurs (occasional events on evenings and weekends) on site, Minimal travel but some may be required (including international travel).
