Full Time position for Media / Music Assistant. This position will require working with the Livestream production of worship services each week, overseeing of the Sound / Media team, managing the church's social media accounts and website, leading worship for Young Adult meetings on Sunday nights, helping with the Youth Worship Band, overseeing / leading the Overflow Worship on Sunday morning, and other duties assigned by the Music Minister or Lead Pastor.
Good communication and self-motivation skills are desired. College degrees in music ministry or Media / Production are desired but not required.
McClendon Baptist Church exists to make a spiritual impact on Ouachita Parish and beyond. To accomplish this goal, we must be followers of Christ who seeks ways to share the gospel with the lost and disciple believers to draw closer to Christ.
Our church attendance average is approximately 600 each week. Our church is a multigenerational church with thriving children's, youth, Young Adult, and Sr. Adult ministries. We have 3 Sunday morning services;; 830am Traditional, 830am Overflow (In Student Center), and 1045am Contemporary. Sunday School begins at 940am. We have midweek services on Wednesday night at 6pm and we have a Young Adult service on Sunday nights at 6:00pm. Our current staff includes our Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, Young Adult Minister, Youth Minister, Children's Minister, and Minister of Music.
