Production Coordinator
Principal Function: The principle function of the Production Coordinator is to execute the creative production moments while developing and maintaining the technical direction and volunteer culture of the entire production department.
Full-time, Reports to the Director of Production
Responsibilities:
1) Use technical research and innovation to collaborate with the creative team for worship services, seasonal presentations and general church-wide moments for Providence.
2) Assist the whole creative team and other ministries to provide audio, video, and lighting support for worship services, seasonal presentations and general churchwide moments for Providence.
3) Operate as the production leader responsible for all audio, video, lighting, stage management and livestream execution of whatever moment or service assigned by the supervisor.
4) Create and maintain a pipeline to recruit, shepherd and develop volunteers for all audio, video, lighting, stage management and livestream.
5) Maintain, oversee, troubleshoot and expand all audio, video, lighting, stage design, stage management and livestream systems in all venues current and future associated with Providence.
6) Assist in the planning, execution and deployment of all audio, video, lighting, stage design, stage management and livestream production elements as scheduled to ensure rehearsals and services occur in a timely manner.
7) Oversee tech rehearsals for all services and productions assigned.
8) Advise other departments on production needs and purchases as assigned.
9) Advise other ministry areas in preparing and training volunteers that require production support as assigned.
10) Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Production for the good of the creative team and Providence.

Education, career, family, and more are bringing people to our city, and we want them to know the truth of who God is. We have three services every Sunday morning where anyone and everyone is welcome to come and experience meaningful worship, teaching, and connection. And for those who work on the weekends, we offer a Monday Night service as well.
Helping people gain truths for living doesn’t stop at adults, but extends to everyone including kids and students. We feel passionate about helping toddlers to seniors know what the Bible has to say about God, life, and eternity. From age-specific programming during worship services, evening enrichment programs, parenting seminars, and more we aim to partner with parents, teaching kids and students, and participate together in the mission of bringing up the next generation to know the gospel and love Jesus.
At Providence, we believe our life is best experienced in community. That means we champion doing life together for the good of our own growth, the good of our church, and to see the whole kingdom of God thrive. We desire for those who walk through our doors to be a part of meaningful communities we call Life Groups. These groups exist to care for one another, pray for one another, meet regularly together, study the Bible together, serve together, and go on mission together. Life Groups are our main avenue here at Providence for doing life together.
