Minister / Pastor

Overview: A vibrant and welcoming rural church located in Browns Summit just 10 miles north of Greensboro, North Carolina, is prayerfully seeking a dedicated and spirit-filled Minister to lead our congregation. We are a close-knit, mission-minded church with a strong commitment to outreach and children's ministries. Our ideal candidate is someone with a heart for God, a passion for the lost, and a desire to nurture believers in their walk with Christ. Weekly attendance averages 60- 80 attendees.

Key Responsibilities: Preach and teach biblically grounded, inspiring sermons

Provide spiritual leadership and vision for the church

Administer the sacraments, including the Lord's Supper and Baptism

Offer pastoral care, including counseling, visitation, and support for members in need

Guide and mentor new believers in their spiritual growth

Work collaboratively with church leaders and volunteers to expand outreach efforts

Actively engage with the local community to build relationships and share the Gospel

Support and help grow existing children's and family ministries.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry or related field from an accredited university and/or seminary. (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum of 5 years pastoral experience

Ordained minister in good standing

Experience in community engagement and church growth initiatives is a plus

Compassionate, approachable and dedicated to serving others

A person of integrity and strong moral character, committed to living out Christian values

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds

Proficiency in basic administrative and technological tools
