Music Ministry Leadership
Lead and organize all church music activities, including:
Congregational singing
Special music coordination for services and events
Children and youth music programs
Music planning for weddings, funerals, revivals, and other special events
Oversee music volunteers, sound/media staff, and maintain music library
Manage music ministry budget and ensure CCLI compliance
Qualifications:
A heart of worship and service to God demonstrated through a vibrant prayer life and a life surrendered to Christ.
Ability to cooperate with all staff to promote unity and oneness and strive to carry out the entire ministry plan of the church.
Ability and commitment to maintain personal standards of Godliness based on Biblical principles which results in an uncompromised testimony within the church and community from which a credible ministry originates.
Able to communicate effectively with one-on-one, small, and large group settings, exhibiting a pleasing attitude that is confident and enthusiastic.
Must be circumspect in dress and demeanor.
