Executive Pastor of Operations

Christ Church in Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona, is prayerfully seeking an Executive Pastor of Operations to serve as the strategic leader of our central business functions. This senior leader will oversee the systems, processes, and infrastructure that undergird ministry across all congregations, ensuring that Christ Church operates with excellence, integrity, and alignment to our mission.

The Executive Pastor of Operations will provide organizational leadership in areas such as finance, facilities, human resources, communications, and technology—empowering ministry staff to focus on gospel effectiveness. This role is a unique opportunity for a strong integrator to join a high-capacity senior leadership team that is shaping the future of Christ Church while ensuring a strong foundation for long-term growth and gospel impact.

Your Core Competencies: 

• Acting as a “leader of leaders,” you will attract, develop, and empower high-capacity team members while cultivating a culture of stewardship, collaboration, and redeemed ambition.
• With oversight of multiple departments, you ensure that Christ Church’s infrastructure is scalable, secure, and strategically aligned with ministry priorities.
• As our Chief Financial Officer, you oversee banking and audit relationships with integrity.
