About Life Community Church
At Life Community Church, we believe Jesus is powerfully at work—changing hearts, restoring lives, and
advancing His kingdom. Over the past five years, God has grown our church family to over 400 people,
and our youth ministry is now thriving with more than 90 students. Under Christ’s leadership, we are
becoming a unified, gospel-centered community where elders, staff, and members share a common
purpose: to love like Jesus and live on mission together. The leadership is deeply committed to cultivating this kind of culture—one shaped by grace, truth, and Spirit-empowered courage. Inspired by Jesus’ prayer in John 17, we aim to be known by our love for one
another, forming authentic relationships that reflect the unity and joy of the gospel. Our mission is simple
and compelling: to help people experience new life in Christ by KNOWING God, GROWING in
relationship with Him and others, and GOING to make disciples.
We are intentional about reaching our oikos—the 8 to 15 people God has placed in our everyday
lives—believing that through ordinary relationships, God is telling an extraordinary story of redemption. At
Life Community Church, we’re not just growing a church—we’re following Jesus together into a life of
purpose, transformation, and multiplying impact.

We’re seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled disciple to serve as our Student Ministries Pastor,
leading 6th-12th grade students to know God, grow in relationship, and go make disciples. With

and short-term mission opportunities (e.g., Hume Lake).
○ Integrate students into the broader church, encouraging them to serve and live
missionally, blessing the 8-15 people God has placed in their lives.
6. Engage the Community

Welcome to Life Community Church on the Central Coast—a gospel-centered family committed to living under the authority of God’s Word and the grace of Jesus Christ. We joyfully hold to the truth of the gospel: that we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, for the glory of God alone. In a culture that questions truth, we stand firm on Scripture as our ultimate authority and the unshakable foundation for all we believe and do.
Our heart is to build strong men, strong families, and a strong community through the transforming power of the gospel. We long to be known as disciples of Jesus by our love for one another—a love that reflects His compassion, truth, and grace. Life Community is a warm and welcoming church family where every generation can grow in Christ, live in authentic relationships, and serve together for the good of the Central Coast and beyond.
In a world growing darker, we are committed to shining the light of Christ. We proclaim the fullness of the gospel and often highlight the four aspects of Jesus Christ as our Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King and invite you to join us in building God’s Kingdom on the Central Coast. If you have a passion for making disciples, strengthening families, and seeing lives transformed by the power of Jesus, we invite you to join our team and help us live out His mission for all the world.
