Next Gen Pastor

Job Description

1. Youth Pastor
2. Lead the weekly youth group weekly, mostly Sunday nights.
3. Be involved in the lives of our teens.
4. Schedule events for the youth
5. Recruit new workers
6. Young Adults
7. Create programs, events for them
8. Service projects to get them involved
9. Media
10. Weekly Announcement videos
11. Promotional videos for all events
12. Monitor Social Media advertising and follow up with contacts
13. Jeremiah 22:16 Outreach team
14. Find ways for the church to be active in our community
15. Recruit people to be involved
16. Find areas that anyone in our church can be used in.
17. Outreach
18. To be the key person in facilitating all outreaches as the liaison between leaders and Pastor.
19. Be available to the assist the Pastor in other areas for experience time permitting each week.

We are also looking for someone who can either play the drums or the guitar for our worship team.

Hours:

24 hours a week in the office.  3 eight hour days or 4 6 hour days.

Plus services – Sunday Morning 9 AM to Noon, Sunday Night 5:30-8:00, Wednesday Night 5:30-7:30
