Associate Pastor of Music and Media

The Associate Pastor of Music and Media Technology is primarily responsible for the organization and oversight of the music ministry and media technology needs of Maine Street Baptist Church.

The Associate Pastor of Music and Media Technology must be able to recommend/utilize a variety of technology tools in the ministries of the church, both internally and for outreach. Plan, coordinate, and lead church worship services and special worship events. Grow and develop our music and media volunteers team, provide pastoral care for members including visitation, grief ministry, and counseling when needed. Align all efforts with the vision and leadership of the Senior Pastor. 

Qualifications include:

A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to ministry. Affirm the Baptist Faith and Message (2000). A Bachelor’s degree in music ministry, theology, or a related field is preferred but not required, depending on the candidate. Minimum of 2 years of ministry experience (paid or volunteer). A desire to serve in a mission field setting. Must pass Criminal and DMV background checks. 

Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and education. Salary package range between $50,000 and $60,000.00.
