We are currently looking for a relational, energetic, and high-capacity Kids Pastor to lead and develop a thriving children’s ministry at our Douglasville location.

Position Summary

The Kids Pastor will lead Kids Ministry at our Douglasville location by creating engaging, fun, and safe environments where kids can grow in their relationship with Jesus.

This leader will:

• Build and develop volunteer teams

• Partner with parents in discipleship

• Create engaging ministry experiences

• Help lead kids into a growing relationship with Jesus

The ideal candidate is relational, organized, team-oriented, spiritually mature, and passionate about helping the next generation encounter Jesus.

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus and commitment to a Bible-centered worldview

• Passion for kids, families, and discipleship

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading Kids Ministry environments and developing volunteer teams

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Ability to connect well with kids, parents, and volunteers

• Experience with Planning Center and similar ministry tools preferred
