Kids Ministry Director

The Kids Ministry Director at Eagle Hills Church is a part-time leadership role responsible for providing spiritual, relational, and organizational oversight for a growing children’s ministry serving infants through 5th grade. This leader will build a gospel-centered, fun, and safe environment where kids are discipled to know, love, and follow Jesus, while partnering closely with parents as the primary spiritual influencers in their children’s lives. Key responsibilities include leading engaging Sunday ministry environments, developing age-appropriate biblical teaching, recruiting and equipping a strong volunteer team, and creating systems that ensure safety, excellence, and effective ministry operations. The role also involves fostering meaningful relationships with families, aligning children’s ministry with the broader mission and vision of the church, and cultivating a culture of discipleship through prayer, worship, and Scripture engagement.
