Job Description

Our Culture at Life Connection Church. We planted 25 years ago.

At Life Connection Church, our mission is simple: Love God, Love People, and Change the World.

We are a growing, neighborhood-centered church in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with a heart for reaching people who may not typically attend church. Our culture is relational, authentic, and focused on real life change—not just church activity.

We believe:

  • People matter more than programs. Ministry is about relationships, not just execution.
  • Spiritual growth happens in community. Life Groups are the backbone of how we disciple and care for people.
  • Excellence honors God and inspires people. We give our best, but we don’t chase perfection—we stay focused on impact over image.
  • Everyone is a minister. We equip and empower volunteers rather than build around staff alone.
  • We meet people where they are. Our teaching is biblical, practical, and relevant to everyday life.

As a team, we value:

  • Humility over ego
  • Initiative over passivity
  • Collaboration over silos
  • Faithfulness over flashiness

We are a lean, mission-driven staff where flexibility, a positive attitude, and a heart to serve are essential. If you thrive in a hands-on environment where you can make a real difference and help build something meaningful, you’ll fit right in.

About the Life Connection Church

Since the church started in 2001, our vision has come straight out of scripture. Jesus said that if we don't remember anything He taught, remember this: love God and Love people. When you love God and People, you can't help but change the world. If you're looking for a church that will provide a welcoming, authentic worship and age-appropriate bible teaching and crafts for kids, this is the place for you. Our Life Groups provide opportunities for spiritual maturity and strong relationships with people just like you.
