Senior Pastor

Job Description: Preaching, teaching, visitation, leading business meeting as appropriate, facilitate day to day operations of church as appropriate, kindly supervise church staff as appropriate/necessary, communicate with deacons as to day to day operations as necessary, gracious leadership

Expected Roles and Responsibilities:  Preaching, teaching, training, leadership, visiting – encouraging members/regular attenders, visiting absentees and/or visitors (with the help of others as appropriate), able to lead church services (both song and preaching portions as necessary), Partner with organization/participation in all activities of the local church (or at least be available) i.e. work days, youth outings, state conferences, luncheons, dinners, or other activities

Desired Qualifications: He should meet the qualifications according to I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9, especially including wife and family. Good leader/leading by example, gracious leadership-not iron-fisted, partnering with church membership to accomplish the task required to operate a local church, computer skills, good listener, some musical ability, honest, open, integrity, good communication skills, encourager, team player

Preferred Bible Version:   KJV, NKJV, ESV, NASB

Style of Dress:  Suit and tie in Sunday services, business casual on Wednesday night
