Job Description: Preaching, teaching, visitation, leading business meeting as appropriate, facilitate day to day operations of church as appropriate, kindly supervise church staff as appropriate/necessary, communicate with deacons as to day to day operations as necessary, gracious leadership
Expected Roles and Responsibilities: Preaching, teaching, training, leadership, visiting – encouraging members/regular attenders, visiting absentees and/or visitors (with the help of others as appropriate), able to lead church services (both song and preaching portions as necessary), Partner with organization/participation in all activities of the local church (or at least be available) i.e. work days, youth outings, state conferences, luncheons, dinners, or other activities
