Kids Ministry Director

Lifebridge is seeking a passionate and creative Children’s Ministry Director to lead our children's ministry (birth through 5th grade). This person will create a welcoming, Gospel-Driven environment where kids can grow in faith and families feel supported.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of children’s ministry, including Sunday programs, special events, and volunteer coordination.
• Recruit, train, and encourage volunteers to serve effectively.
• Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Partner with parents to nurture spiritual growth at home and church.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.

Qualifications:

• A strong and growing Christian faith.
• Experience working with children and families, ideally in a ministry setting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage both kids and adults with warmth and enthusiasm.
