Brief: We are seeking a full-time, Spirit-led Worship Pastor with at least 1 year of experience in playing musical instruments, vocals, sound and lighting, to lead our congregation. River of Life is a Non-Denominational church that aligns with The Assemblies of God. We are also a church of service and outreach, and our new Worship Pastor must have the heart of a teacher and a servant, leading by example and pouring into others. Cultivating a vibrant worship environment that fosters spiritual growth, unity, and heartfelt praise within the worship ministry and the congregation is essential. Leadership in music and media should foster a sense of community, nurture musical and spiritual development among team members, and ensure that every worship service reflects excellence, authenticity, and reverence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly worship gatherings: Saturday at 6:00 pm, Sunday at 9:00 am & 11:00 am services with enthusiasm, ensuring seamless coordination of music, prayer, and transitions.
- Work in office hours Tues - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Develop and implement worship, sound and lighting plans.
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer worship team members, including musicians, singers, and technical staff.
- Teach and model biblical principles related to worship, music ministry, and spiritual leadership.
- Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to effectively integrate ideas and projects into the church's overall programming.
- Oversee the selection of songs, arrangements, and media to enhance the worship experience.
- Manage budgets, equipment, instruments and programs specific to the worship ministry.
- Schedule and manage volunteers and the worship team using church management software.
Requirements:
- 18+ years
- Pass a Background check
- 1+ yr experience in worship leadership
- Have strong vocal skills and play a musical instrument
- Ability to multitask & Self-initiate tasks
- Ability to work efficiently and be organized
- Possess time management skills
- Strong teaching skills to inspire both team members and the congregation through biblical principles
- Plan, create, and implement the order of service for gatherings and events.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the ministry
- Demonstrated leadership in motivating volunteers and positively managing team dynamics to ensure growth within the ministry.
- Excellent communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Experience mentoring emerging leaders in music ministry or related areas.
- An understanding of musical arrangements is essential.
- A committed personal faith aligned with the church’s beliefs and values.
- Willingness to serve outside of normal business hours.

- Experience in/willing to learn the following programs: Lightkey, Pro Presenter, Pushpay church management software, Planning Center, DMX lighting universe, Behringer Wing, Mixing station, Multitracks.
