worship director

Hope church is looking for someone to provide strong leadership and direction for our worship teams and other creative needs across the church. Manage projects effectively, meeting timelines, quality expectations, budget and overall goals. Specifically responsible for managing and collaborating between: Worship and Creative Content for worship services in person and online events

Main responsibilities include

leading impactful spirit-filled worship on a weekly basis.

Scheduling bands for weekend worship events and other worship times

prayerfully choosing worship sets

Planing worship moments for Hollidays and outreach events

Extra responsibilities that would be great but are not required

Ability to manage our creative department

knowledge of canva and other editing applications

salary range

$50k - $60k/year depending on experience (this also may be negotiable based on experience)
