Role Summary

To further Rock Bridge’s mission by building bridges in your community, developing leaders and teams, replicating ministries, & caring for campus health.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the campus staff, focusing on their leadership development and ministry excellence.
• Ensure each campus staff team member has an annual success plan focused on their growth as a leader and disciple.
• Ensure the execution of all campus ministries according to the multi-campus ministry playbooks.
• Lead people to continually take next steps in their life in Christ through salvation, baptism, small group engagement, ministry team involvement, etc.
• Develop a culture of community, connection, and care, ensuring each guest and attendee is personally led toward a place of involvement.
• Develop and champion local, ongoing HOPE initiatives focused on outreach to those outside the faith who have needs in our community, along with identifying new opportunities to develop for long-term impact.
• Oversee campus pastoral care, either directly or indirectly, ensuring those who are hurting are cared for by their church.
• Oversee hosting of weekend worship services, providing vision to your campus that inspires people toward next steps.
• Develop volunteer leaders and volunteer teams to carry out Rock Bridge ministries, “equipping the saints for the work of ministry.” (Eph 4:12)
• Collaborate consistently with the Executive Pastor to discern barriers and opportunities for your campus.
• Oversee the administration of the approved campus budget.
• Oversee posting of social media accounts with campus-specific events.
• Will perform the sacraments of the church as needed.
