Campus Children's Director

Lifepoint Church is seeking a passionate and gifted individual to serve as the Kids Director at one of their four Campuses. The Kids Director will oversee the spiritual development, safety, and engagement of children at the campus, ensuring that Lifepoint’s mission, vision, values, and culture are lived out in every aspect of the kids’ ministry. This role is pivotal in creating an environment where kids can grow in their faith and experience Jesus in a meaningful, age-appropriate way.

The Kids Director serves as the leader, mentor, and advocate for both staff and volunteers in the children’s ministry. This person will inspire and equip others to lead with excellence, oversee the day-to-day operations of the ministry, and foster strong connections with families in the local community. The ideal candidate will be a relational, organized, and visionary leader who thrives in guiding children and teams toward spiritual growth.

Lifepoint Church was founded in 2006 in Wilmington, NC. What began as a “God-sized dream” in the heart of Founding & Lead Pastor Jeff Kapusta turned into a small launch team of two families moving to the coastal North Carolina town to launch a life-giving church. The church has grown from a living room full of people, and we’ve had the privilege of seeing lives changed, marriages restored, and addictions broken.

Over the years the “God-sized dream” has expanded from a single site to four campuses strategically placed across the Wilmington area. Today, 3,500 people attend these four campuses weekly with over 1,000 people having been saved just last year alone.

Lifepoint Church is poised for continued exponential growth, as they maintain a life-giving presence in their community and continue to foster a highly evangelistic community of believers who live out the love of Jesus by serving their city and inviting others to engage with the church.
