At Restoration Church, we believe our mission is “Loving People Into a Life Built on God and His Word.” We believe that ministry is about loving God, loving people, and helping others take their next step toward Jesus.
Our culture is shaped by these core values:
- Create Services for Jesus and Invite People to Come — We want everything we do to point people toward Jesus and create environments where people feel welcomed and invited to experience God.
- Care for Our People and Our Community — We believe ministry goes beyond Sunday. We care deeply about the people God has entrusted to us and look for opportunities to serve and impact our community.
- Be Generous at All Times — We believe generosity is a way of life. We give freely of our time, talents, resources, and encouragement.
- Be Excellent in All Things — We pursue excellence because we believe what we do for God and people matters. We strive to prepare well, work hard, and continually improve.
- Steward Everything with Integrity — We believe trust is essential to ministry. We seek to faithfully steward our time, resources, relationships, responsibilities, and influence with honesty and integrity.
- Honor at All Times — We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We choose to honor God, our leaders, our teammates, our volunteers, our students, and our community.
These values are not simply statements on a wall. They are the way we strive to live and lead. We are looking for a Student Pastor who will embrace these values and model them in the way they lead students, care for families, develop volunteers, and work alongside the church staff.
The right candidate will be someone who loves Jesus, loves students, loves people, works well with a team, and wants to make a lasting difference in the next generation.
