Silver Creek Church // Social Media Coordinator
Reports To: Communications Coordinator
Job Type: Part Time, Hourly (10–15 hours/week)

Position Overview
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing Silver Creek Church's social media strategy across all digital platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will also lead volunteer photography and videography teams to capture meaningful moments that reflect the life and culture of Silver Creek Church.
Qualifications
· A life of integrity, rooted in personal Gospel transformation
· A growing disciple with a consistent devotional life
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
· Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
· Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Self-motivated with excellent time management
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and YouTube
Relational Leadership
· Recruit, develop, and lead volunteer photography and videography teams
· Build positive relationships with ministry leaders to gather content needs
· Foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration among volunteers
Operational Leadership
· Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling platforms
· Coordinate Sunday photography and videography coverage
· Organize and maintain digital media assets
· Assist with content creation including graphics, short-form video, photography, captions, and reels
· Maintain a consistent posting schedule throughout the week
· Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements based on performance
· Work closely with the Communications Coordinator to execute communication strategies
· Coordinate media coverage for church events and special services
