Job Description
The Associate Pastor serves alongside the Senior Pastor to shepherd the congregation of Unity Baptist Church, with primary responsibility for leading the Singles, Young Adult, Youth, and Children’s ministries, providing pastoral care through hospital, homebound, and member visitation, as well as assisting the Senior Pastor with the administrative and pulpit needs of the church. This is a ministry position requiring theological alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and a demonstrated calling to pastoral ministry.
