Production Manager

Sunrise Community Church is looking for a Production Manager to lead our technical production ministry and help create environments where people can worship without distraction.

This is more than a technical position—it’s a ministry leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with a heart for people, volunteers, teamwork, and worship.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead audio, video, lighting, presentation, and broadcast production for Sunday services

• Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage volunteer tech teams

• Oversee production for special events, weddings, memorials, and ministry events

• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and systems across campus

• Prepare ProPresenter, graphics, Planning Center, broadcasts, and other weekly production needs

• Help develop future technology plans and the technical ministry budget

• Stay current with evolving production technology and continually grow your skills

We’re looking for someone who has:

✓ At least 3 years of audio/video production experience

✓ Experience with live sound and digital audio systems

✓ Knowledge of lighting and video production/broadcasting

✓ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✓ Experience leading or managing volunteers

✓ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✓ A humble, servant-hearted, team-oriented approach

Experience with Dante, ProPresenter, Lightkey, Restream, Ableton, DaVinci Resolve, Planning Center, Obsidian Control, and Onyx Lighting Systems is a plus.

Pay Range: $25-27/hour
