Production Director

• The Production Director is responsible to create a distraction free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

• This includes
• Work with the worship team and preaching team to plan and execute weekly worship services and ministry events with excellence.
• Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining volunteers.
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff.
• Program lighting, and media content for weekend services.
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction free experience.
• Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions.
• Execute high quality, distraction free worship services with volunteers.
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues that may occur.
• Maintain production team equipment and software.
• Disciple and lead volunteers and encourage growth both spiritually and in their role.
• Attend and contribute to staff and one on one meetings.
• Other duties as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• This job is typically one that is active and not in one place for long periods of time. 
• It will sometimes require the ability to lift heavy equipment, use tools and move staging equipment.

WEEKLY DUTIES

• This is a part-time position.
• Normal days of the week include Wednesday evenings, Thursday evening rehearsal, and Sunday morning run-through and services that follow.  
• Attend Service Planning Meetings, all-staff meetings and meetings with Direct Reports. 
• Other days/hours as-needed for special events.

• Proficient in live production including working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting hardware and software - ProPresenter, OBS, Vista3, and BlackMagic ATEM.
• Familiar with Church Community Builder.
• Working knowledge of MAC.

• Financially support the mission and vision of Restoration Church by faithfully giving your 10% tithe to Restoration Church
