Senior Director of Production and Creative Services

Christ Church at Grove Farm | Sewickley, PA

We are in search of a spirited Senior Director of Production and Creative Services to lead our Worship, Communications, and Tech teams through expression of our services and church communications.

A snapshot of the role:

• Assist church leadership to conceptualize, activate, and implement music, stage and lighting design, expression, and other related elements in collaboration with the sermon series and/or church goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with teams to set forward departmental strategy based on the church’s goals and plans. Lead the team’s execution of the strategy.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and other ministerial staff to regularly plan and deliver kingdom-advancing worship services on a weekly basis.

A snapshot of our perfect candidate:  

• Professional experience with all live audio/video/lighting experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams as well as actively manage other top relationships across the church staff and other stakeholders.
• Experience in departmental budgeting
• Strong multi-tasking master with impeccable time management.
• Ordination a plus 

Direct Reports: Worship team, Communications team, Production/Tech team, and department volunteers.

Reports to: Senior Pastor
