Senior Director of Production and Creative Services

Christ Church at Grove Farm | Sewickley, PA

We are in search of a talented Senior Director of Production and Creative Services to lead our Worship, Communications, and Tech team through expression of our worship services and church communications.

Assist church leadership to conceptualize, activate, and implement music, stage and lighting design, expression of the Anglican tradition, and other related elements in collaboration with the sermon series and/or church goals and priorities that could be done in a new way that upholds the church’s strengths yet has new expressive elements.

Collaborate with Senior Pastor and other ministerial staff to regularly plan for and deliver kingdom-advancing worship services on a weekly basis.

Professional experience to lead, manage, and develop a team. Actively manage other top relationships across the church staff and other stakeholders.

Direct Reports: Worship team, Communications team, Tech team, and department volunteers. Collaborate with teams to set forward departmental strategy based on the church’s goals and plans. Lead the team’s execution of the strategy.
