Parkade Baptist Church in Columbia, MO is seeking a FULL-TIME PASTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP AND STUDENT MINISTRY. This position would be responsible for developing and equipping small group ministry churchwide and giving direct leadership to our youth ministry (Grades 6-12) while seeking to promote a harmonious connection between the children, youth, and college ministries within the church. A seminary degree with prior experience in youth ministry is preferred.
