Children’s Ministry Pastor

Capital Life Church was founded in 2002 by Pastors Bill and Lisa Shuler in the heart of our nation’s capital. We are a nondenominational, Spirit-filled church with a calling to reach people from every walk of life — from those who feel overlooked or forgotten to national leaders and the international community. Our mission is to love God authentically, grow together intentionally, and serve others sacrificially.

We are seeking a Children’s Pastor (Female) who will lead and grow a dynamic, Spirit-led children’s ministry that partners with families and builds strong biblical foundations in the next generation. In alignment with our ministry vision and leadership structure, we are specifically seeking a female pastor for this role. This individual will provide vision, pastoral leadership, and strategic oversight for all aspects of children’s ministry, including curriculum development, volunteer recruitment and training, special events, and family engagement. The ideal candidate carries a genuine love for children, a heart for discipleship, and the leadership capacity to cultivate a safe, joyful, and spiritually vibrant environment where children encounter God and grow in their faith in a culturally influential city.
