Lives a spiritually transforming life, hungry to learn & grow

Competencies

Partner with the Lead Pastor, staff, and elders to enhance and strengthen the ministries of Eagle Church (i.e. diverse set of spiritual leadership responsibilities)

Possess extensive pastoral experience (minimum of 10-15 years), with additional experience in leadership development and team building

Strong public communication skills (i.e. teaching & preaching)

Comfortable stepping into a wide-range of pastoral care situations

A strong desire to implement programs and build healthy systems that align with the vision and values of Eagle Church

Leaders of leaders – must build strong relationships with staff and volunteers to move ministry forward

Demonstrated history of strong, positive interpersonal skills, including extensive experience in conflict resolution

Is a people-connector, finds energy connecting with others and connecting people to people

Passionate about helping people “find their relational way into the life of the church” (i.e. assimilation, small groups, community life, hospitality)

Committed to be a disciple and make disciples in the way of Jesus

Sees beyond the walls of the church with a heart for God’s glory in all the earth

Understands who they are is more important than what they do
