Pastor

Milton Baptist Church is a growing, Christ-centered church committed to serving God and our community. We exist to glorify God and make Him known by making disciples of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Full-Time Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth, discipleship, and outreach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong biblical leadership, effective communication, and a deep commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Primary Responsibilities:

·     Provide spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, and pastoral care.

·     Prepare and deliver engaging, biblically grounded sermons.

·     Lead worship services in collaboration with the worship team.

·     Offer pastoral care, including visitation, counseling, and crisis support.

·     Promote discipleship through small groups, Bible studies, and educational ministries.

·     Partner with church leadership to develop and implement vision

and strategic goals.

·     Engage in community outreach and mission efforts.

·     Oversee church operations, including staff leadership and administrative oversight.

·     Perform pastoral duties such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, and dedications.
